Dear customers, we want to let you know that delivery will become slower and that part of the e-com market will be suspended. Several major companies have reported restrictions in their operations.

For example, SDEK stated that it will not be able to deal with logistics by air, as until March 2, 2022 air links with several cities have been suspended at once: Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Elista, Stavropol, Simferopol, Grozny, Astrakhan, and Volgograd. All of this, as expected, could lead to delays in shipments and a reduction in the speed of delivery. In addition, SDEK reported that according to paragraph 6.12 of the «Regulations of reimbursable courier services» compensation for delays in these areas is temporarily suspended. Fashion-marketplace Lamoda reported that it had transferred all employees of the Ukrainian branch to remote work mode and suspended the receipt of orders. The site also announced that it had reduced the delivery zone in cities bordering Ukraine.
