The next day I found that all the nails except for the pinky and index finger on one hand in the lamp dried, dried a minute each layer in the LED-lamp. Little finger and index finger did not dry, the coating was soft, moving. I dried additionally, kept 5 minutes. I encountered such a problem for the first time.
